GRAVE RUMEUR SUR HONORE NGBANDA ET NKUNDA BATWARE

Nos confreres de RAKI et Kongo Times affirment detenir de sources sures a Kinshasa et Kigali que le président national de l'Apareco, Honoré Ngbanda, aurait conclu un accord de partenariat avec le rebelle tutsi Nkunda pour destituer Joseph Kabila Kanambe. C'est a priori incohérent car l'Apareco considere que Nkunda est au service du Rwanda qui occupe la RD Congo que l'Apareco veut libérer. Cependant, qui ne dit mot consent. Les dirigeants de l'Apareco auraient refusé, semble-t-il, de répondre aux questions de RAKI. Ce qui, avec les difficultés actuelles de Ngbanda pour son séjour en France, renforce ladite rumeur.
